Because Buildercrow provides instant access to digital code generation and server resources, all sales are generally considered final once a generation or export has been completed.
You can cancel your Monthly or Yearly subscription at any time through your Lemon Squeezy billing portal. Once canceled, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.
If you experience a critical technical failure that prevents you from using the service entirely, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase. Please contact support to initiate a review. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion based on system logs.
